Lost and found items can be picked up Friday - Saturday at Velvet Room.
Velvet Room does not permit athletic wear such as jerseys, shorts, track pants, baggy clothing, bags and satchels. The Velvet Room management team reserves all right to refuse/revoke entries.
Velvet Room offers coat check service for a small fee.
Professional cameras, video cameras, laptops and iPads are not permitted in Velvet Room unless you have pre-approved press accreditation. Velvet Room will not store these devices for you and we are not able to coat check prohibited items. Water bottles, satchels, man bags, pouches, fanny packs and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired and only enough for use on the day is permitted inside the venue. Additionally, the labels on those bottles must include your name (matching photo ID), the name of the medication, directions to use and the date the prescription was filled. Velvet Room staffs will inspect all medication prior to entry.
